Stephanie Sanchez, APRN FNP-BC
Autonomous Nurse Practitioner
Stephanie Sanchez has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2010 and has been in the nursing field for more then 20 years and is one of the few Autonomous Nurse Practitioners in Florida. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked bedside through hospitals in central Florida including Multi-System and Neuro-Surgical Intensive Care Units, as a team leader in rapid response teams and in many leadership roles. Eventually becoming the lead nursing educator developing many protocols and procedures still used today as best practices throughout the Florida Hospital Systems. She is dual board certified with the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-BC) and a Family Nurse Practitioner ( FNP-BC). Stephanie is the lead provider at Ormond Family Medical Center and serves as the practice director. While you can find her at Ormond Family Medical Center most weekdays, on the weekends you will likely find her in the ICUs of Advent Health Hospitals.
Stephanie graduated from the University of Florida with her Masters Degree in Nursing and attended undergrad at Adventist Health University in Orlando, Florida. Received her post-masters certificate in family practice from Herzing University. She has extensive experience in both critical care and family practice as well as palliative care and end-of-life care. Stephanie has a unique combination of nursing skills and medical skills that blended together provide the unique care that you will find no where else but Ormond Family Medical Center. She believes in building a long lasting and trusting relationship with patients and their family. She seeks to acquire a comprehensive evaluation of every patient by taking time to listen and understand their particular needs as well as engaging her patients in taking an active role in their healthcare decisions.
Michael J. Rodriguez D.C.
Chiropractic Physician / Acupuncturist
Dr. Michael Rodriguez is a practicing chiropractic physician in the Ormond Beach area since 1978. He is currently licensed to practice chiropractic and acupuncture in the State of Florida. He received his degree as Doctor of Chiropractic in 1978 from the New York Chiropractic College. He became certified in acupuncture in 1999. Dr. Rodriguez is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and the Volusia/Flagler Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Reddy is currently licensed to practice medicine in Florida and North Carolina. She is also affiliated with Select Specialty Hospital Daytona Beach, AdventHealth Daytona Beach, and Halifax Health Medical Center of Daytona Beach.
Lt. Col. S. Lon Ratner, DNP, APRN FNP, CEN/CCRN
Retired Military, Autonomous Nurse Practitioner
Lon Ratner is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner currently working with Geriatrics, Adult and Pediatrics. He has a variety of experience with his foundations of emergency, trauma and critical care specialties. Certified as a CEN and CCRN, Lon is a veteran as a retired Captain (O3e), US Army after 18years. This included 11years as an enlisted medic/nurse Sergeant First Class(E7). While in the service he was awarded the Combat Medic Badge during the Gulf War 1. Recently, Lon was called back to Active Duty from Retired status for the COVID crisis and promoted Lt. Colonel, (O-5). His extensive experience includes over 32 years of healthcare hospital and military field experiences. Military and civilian managerial and leadership, Advance Practice Provider, Emergency Services, Critical care/Trauma services, Free standing Clinics, Orthopedic surgery, Nursing educator, Dialysis, Home healthcare care and is now the President and owner of APRN/ARNP Healthcare Solutions Practice, extensive hospital and field experience.
