Ormond Family Medical Center Patient Notification – Office Closure

Dear Valued Patients,

We would like to inform you that Ormond Family Medical Center will be temporarily closed on the following dates to allow our staff a well-deserved vacation:

• Friday, June 26, 2026
  
• Monday, July 6 through Thursday, July 9, 2026
  

We will reopen on Friday, July 10, 2026, with extended hours from 8:00 am to 7:00 PM to better accommodate our patients.

If you have any urgent medical needs during this time, we recommend seeking care at a local urgent care or emergency facility as appropriate.
